Business Operations Associate - Content Platform
About the Role
You will join Origin, Dialectica’s expert-first deal screening platform designed for Private Equity, Banking, and Corporate Strategy teams.
As part of a growing business unit with an ambitious mandate, you will get hands-on startup experience within an established global brand. You will play a key role in building this unit from the ground up, taking ownership beyond your daily tasks to help scale the product.
Responsibilities
- Drive Expert Interviews (Core Focus): Lead live, 1-on-1 conversations with senior industry executives to extract unique sector insights, company knowledge, and market dynamics across the value chain.
- Content Quality & Ownership: Own the content production process end-to-end, taking full accountability for the accuracy and high quality bar of every published insight, including reviewing AI-assisted outputs.
- Process Automation & AI Integration: Help automate and scale the content-to-client pipeline by integrating AI productivity tools and workflows into daily operations.
- Product & Team Support: Assist in preparing product demonstrations for internal collaborations and business development activities.
- Leadership & Growth: As you grow in the role, lead and mentor junior team members during expert interviews and data synthesis.
Requirements
Experience & Background:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); degrees in Strategy, International Business, or Finance are a plus..
- Demonstrable experience in researching, analyzing, and summarizing complex content.

- Advanced Spoken English: Exceptional verbal communication skills, strong enough to confidently lead hour-long, complex conversations with senior C-level executives.
- Real-time Interviewing Skills: Ability to probe vague answers on the fly, gracefully redirect conversations when they drift, and handle challenging interviewees with composure.
- Tech-Forward & AI Proficiency: Comfortable using AI tools in daily work and quick to adopt new tools and tech workflows.
- Quality & Feedback Driven: Highly attentive to detail with a strong sense of ownership over deliverable quality. Actively seeks feedback and applies it rapidly to continuous improvement.
