About the Program
This internship is designed to immerse high-potential undergraduates in the strategic core of our global post-sales service ecosystem. As a Post-Sales Service & Solutions Intern, you will go beyond task execution and contribute to key initiatives that protect our brand promise and enhance customer lifetime value.

Your Mission
You will join our Device Service Team, supporting the governance and continuous improvement of our service network. Your analytical, operational, and project support will have a direct impact on service quality and customer experience across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Performance Management:
    Monitor, analyze, and report service partner performance against SLAs and KPIs. Support the creation and maintenance of performance dashboards.
  • Operational Excellence Initiatives:
    Support the planning and execution of corrective action plans to address gaps in service delivery, process execution, and supply chain coordination.
  • Quality Assurance & Audit Support:
    Participate in monthly and quarterly process audits at partner sites and consolidate findings into clear, actionable reports for management.
  • Critical Issue Resolution Support:
    Provide analytical and coordination support in the management of escalated customer cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Service Inventory Oversight:
    Support quarterly stock-taking at service centers and analyze inventory accuracy and health indicators.
  • Field Quality Compliance:
    Conduct on-site inspections at Huawei Service Centers to verify compliance with service standards, technical procedures, and customer experience guidelines.
Who We Are Looking For
Academic Background:
Final or penultimate-year student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Language:
Advanced / professional English (spoken and written) is required.
