Recruiting Intern for International HR Company
We are seeking an enthusiastic 🤩 Recruiting Intern with excellent communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting initial candidate interviews, completing basic assessments (such as personality tests 🧠), and generating detailed candidate reports. You will have the opportunity to closely learn the recruitment and selection process.
This is a paid internship position for 6 months 📆, with a monthly salary of $200. 💰 We are looking for someone currently enrolled in a university program related to Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar field, and who has an advanced level of English proficiency. 🇺🇸
This internship position must be valid for an official university practicum/internship program. 🎓 Upon successful completion, there is a high probability of the internship leading to future employment opportunities. 🚀
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial candidate interviews via phone or video call 📞
- Complete basic personality, skills, and competency assessments 📝
- Generate detailed reports on interviewed candidates 🗒️
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process under the team's supervision 👥
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions 🤝
Requirements:
- University student in programs such as Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, etc. 🎓
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English 🗣️
- Proactive, organized, and able to work well in a team 🤹♀️
- Interest in pursuing a career in the Human Resources field 💼
