About the LATAM Graduate Program: CHILE
We are delighted to invite applications for our 2025 Graduate program commencing March 2025. 
This is a 2-year program consisting of 3 x 8-month rotations through the LATAM divisions where you will transition into a permanent position at the conclusion of the program.

As a part of our Graduate program, you will:

•    Participate in a targeted development pathway, designed to accelerate your on the job learning 
•    Be mentored by leaders in different key areas for our business and the future of the company. 
•    Connect with a global cohort of like-minded graduates

What you will bring:
- Advanced English (mandatory requirement, will be validated in the selection process)
- Degree obtained within the last 2 years (maximum)
- Careers/studies:
   • Engineers in Mining, Metallurgy, Chemistry, Civil, Industrial and Automation
   • Geologists
- Availability to travel to work sites
