Graduate Program - Trade Marketing

We are looking for someone who wants to maximize their market impact. In this role, you will be the strategic leader behind our promotions, from their conception to flawless execution. You will have the opportunity to define pricing and promotion strategies using data from multiple sources, ensuring that all channels are perfectly aligned for success.

You will work with variables such as seasonality, cannibalization, elasticity, and sell-out data to determine baseline, incremental, promoted, and subsidized volumes. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of each promotional action and proposing continuous improvements based on solid results.

You will keep all information up to date on pricing and promotions, using internal tools such as CPT (Consumer pricing tool) and PET (Promotional effectiveness tool), and you will help ensure that our promotions are not only effective but also profitable and sustainable in the long term.

Experience:
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
  • College Education (Commercial or Similar)
  • Ideally 1 year of experience in consumer products, Trade Marketing or sales.
  • Microsoft Office, including Power Point and Excel. Including dynamic spreadsheets.
  • Presentation skills fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Pricing and promotional evaluation.
  • Nielsen Discover, Dunnhumby or similar.
  • Power BI
