Chile has contributed to the world with great inventions, from Hepatitis B vaccine, Snake retro game, to Crystalline Lagoons, Cornershop or NotCo. We are convinced that we have much more to contribute to the world, both in entrepreneurship and innovation. For this, we would love for you to join us in this mission to assist high impact tech entrepreneurs from all over the world, to develop their companies in Chile. 

We are the first equity free, public accelerator in the world. Today, ten years from our birth, we have supported two thousand startups that generated over USD 1.25 Bn in sales and whose founders are natives from 85 countries. The portfolio is valued at roughly USD 2 Bn and 60 of them made an exit. In fact, we are the number 1 accelerator in Latam and fourth in the world (still the only public one among the top five) and we are led by a young and eager 25-person team. 

Amazing, huh? This is only the beginning. We are increasing our impact in the global ecosystem and for this we need the best young talent. Interns in SUP come from different countries and from day1 we challenge them to contribute with ideas, and put the extra mile in their work.

● Studying or degree in Commercial engineering or organizational psychology.

● You have been part of a startup before or in some initiative related to entrepreneurship.


What will your daily tasks be?

During this internship, you will support the Talent and Mentors Manager in the following responsibilities: 

● Implement, manage and improve the entrepreneur - mentor connection system. 

● Find and recruit new mentors according to the startup's needs. 

● Support the relationship with Start-Up Chile mentors being available to help them and make them feel a fundamental part of our network. 

● Create and update content to entrepreneurs related with talent management and mentoring. 

● Support entrepreneurs in the proper use of the content, tools and networks provided by Start-Up Chile. 

● Manage and optimize Start-Up Chile databases and the processes related with that. 

● Strengthen the relationship with academic institutions, accelerators and incubators in 

order to increase the possibility of our startups to build talented teams. 

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to dive into the vibrant startup ecosystem by the hand of one the most renowned accelerators programs in the world. In ways of accelerating businesses (such as pitch training, SUP Academies and lean frameworks in practice) and to meet people from all over the world who have come with an idea and are creating world changing businesses. 

Here, you will meet global entrepreneurs which aim to change the world with bright innovative ideas. Also meet our global mentor network, who can show you different points of view according to their knowledge and experiences.
